Volcano Bali Mount Batur Hiking

Pick up from your hotel - Sanur area at 02:15 am and driven directly to Pura Jati, Kintamani where you start your hike activity from the parking place, close to the hike access of Mount Batur. Every body who will hike Mount Batur must be equipped, includes local guide for the safety.
Mount Batur, Bali Active Volcano ranges from about 1717 metres over sea level, located inside the largest outer caldera rim, includes the largest crater lake on the island of Bali.
It takes only one and half an hour to get the summit of the volcano batur.I suggest you not to speed up through a natural flat trail of extinct lava stones and lava sand in the half way from the beginning of your hike.On the next half way of your hike it will make the steep grade and not to be speeded up. Keep in mind that you have enough time getting the summit and awaiting the sunrise.
